The battery in my first gen S10 died after about 7 months. Fortunately, I was still well within my warranty so Lenovo held up their end and replaced it. However, after about 8 months that second battery too no longer holds a charge and my original warranty has since expired. Phone support reiterated as much and denied any help.
This leads me to ask, shouldn't the second battery carry with it a full one year warranty? How can Lenovo not stand by a battery that dies in less than a year?
This seems like more than just bad luck and has me questioning whether I will purchase another Lenovo product in the future.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
