I know the issue is around, but did anyone come across the problem that both, the keyboard and the touchpad fail?
Done all the tricks recommended, and never seen a thing that once you got the newly installed driver running, suddenly it is gone again and nothing works again. I came across tonnes of bugs in my engineering life, but this one is lame.
Anyone had experience with a working notebook after sending to service center?
I wonder if this bug is also related to Win 7 64bit, which is not 100% stable in many situations.
What I need to know from Lenovo or experienced customer:
Service center or debug it again?
