S21e-20 - Recovery Media

Hi I've got a Lenovo S21e-20 and lost the recovery media usb that I created and I'm have issue with the CD order form to get one from them can anybody help me

You can call Lenovo Support direct and order the Recovery Discs.

Sorry it didn't work out. 

 

Kind of a catch-22.  The web page for purchasing the Recovery Media advises to call in.  What difficulty did you encounter when trying to do it on-line?  Can you post a link to that form?

On the order on line theirs no family name for rrge S21e-20 so cannot do anything else on this form

Here is the U.S. I was able to access the on-line Parts Ordering web page for the U.K..  That page has listed both an email and phone number if you need additional assistance.  If you haven't done so already I would give them a try to see if they can further assist with the order problem.
