Update: ordered from Costco on 7/18

I have a tracking number for my U410 that shipped today and will be here on Monday 7/23

 

Even though I cancelled the Lenovo order, still showing in production with a revised (6th ship date of 7/26)

Cancelled the Lenovo order and bought the U410 from Costco today as well. Looking like it's going to be shipped tomorrow.

Lenovo is bad at canceling (well, everything really), but I called today and they said it would be refunded on my card within 2 business days, so I'm assuming it will be the same for you even though it is still updating the shipping information.

The 3 month no questions asked return policy with Costco is hard to beat, plus you can just walk into a store and do it -- no shipping to China needed. Costco has always been great when the rare time occurs when I've had to return something. Glad i gave them my business.

Like I mentioned above, I called up Costco because I wasn't happy with the battery life. They didn't ask any questions, just sent out a new one and emailed me a return shipping label to slap on the old one. Totally painless. I love costco.

 

I saw a picture recently of a guy standing in line at the Costco customer service desk returning a pile of brown dead trees. They will take a return on just about anything, even years after purchase (except electronics).
