I'm trying to figure out what screen to buy to replace a cracked Lenovo u430 touch screen. I've read on other threads that you are supposed to use the screen from laptopscreen.com but the only ones there for the u430 all say "no touchscreen" http://www.laptopscreen.com/English/model/IBM-Lenovo/IDEAPAD~U430~TOUCH~SERIES/ The one that I believe matches the resolution of 1600x900 also says that the screen surface is matte when I believe it is supposed to be glossy.
Does anyone know exactly which screen to buy to replace the u430 screen without loosing the touch? I would specifically like to replace the screen on this laptop that is on ebay: http://www.ebay.com/itm/Lenovo-U430-14-500-G-8G-Intel-17-4500U-1-8G-4GB-/221644433329?pt=Laptops_Nov...

If I replace it with the second screen on this page Item ID: 743895 will it still have touch screen functionality? http://www.laptopscreen.com/English/model/IBM-Lenovo/IDEAPAD~U430~TOUCH~SERIES/

Unless someone comes along with a more specific answer, I would suggest you contact the seller and explain what you need and then see what they have available.
You might also check out Lenovo Parts at the link below. Even if they have nothing available, the parts look up may give you a part number for the screen you need that you can use to cross reference elsewhere.
