I just whont to point out that driver for BCM4313 in W8.1 and w10 doesn't work, all from xp to w8 i tried even from solution under support for u510. So please can someone start troubleshooting this problem, under windows 8 x64 all working fine as in windows 7 x64, i have try all possible ways to WiFi start behave normally but nothing.

if i disable under wifi all but tcp/ipv4, QoS packet Schedluer and Client for microsot Networks, than i can work for about 30minutes but with 20-35% of my real network bandwith, just to point out that wirless router is 2meters away from me, and showing me full strenght, after that WiFi is Dead again i need 1hour to bring the WiFi from Dead

There are so many factors involve in situations involving the wireless connection. I agree that one of them is the driver. However, changing it with a new one or downgrading it does not solve the problem. So my only conclusion is that it could be due to another one of several fators. Try running InsSider or other equivalent program and see if the channel that you are using is crowded or or not. If it is then use a less crowded one and see if helps alleviate the situation.

thnx for the info, but i have 2 phones and 2 laptops and i power of wirless on them, and just working on lenovo laptop. I try with insider and i don have croded chanel or overlapping. I see that many people have problems with this BCM4313, i have few friends with the same laptop and different ISP, and they have problems. So it's not problem in ISP and routers. If someone have idea what can be, shoot out i have time to test it.

TIA

I do agree with your observation. But as what others have stated and myself had experience with the same observation their connection does not work whether they have the broadcom or Intel brand. Some uses a dongle instead while some have their router replace with a much modern one. Its actually a trial and error solution with patience included.

I do not accept answear where i need invest in router or usb wifi card, w7 x64 work fine (so they need to set driver properly), lenovo in they page write that w8.1 is supported, but it's not, for me it's a lie. So after 7 days of reading over the internet trying the allmoust every driver i have found, try to change every options in router, i am out of options.

Now i am writing here te help me and others who expirience the same problem, i write even on microsoft page, just to see maybe they can speed up something about the microsoft drivers. I just whont what i paid, fully functional laptop.

Well it's your decision. I'm not even suggesting that you do that but merely stating a fact. I'm just an owner of a Lenovo unit just like you. If you really want some real result from the company that makes your unit just communicate with them directly.

Wish you all the luck!
