ive got ideapad u310 and wifi on in keeps getting disconnected. especially if it goes to sleep mode. ive got the "always connect" checked but it still keeps on disconnecting. Once it disconnected ive had to reset the wifi adapter to get it connected. does anyone have the same problem? or does anyone know the solution to fix it?

please try this WiFi connection fix...
after coming out of sleep it takes about 1 to 2 minutes for the WiFi to re-connect automatically
with all my laptops.

Thanks for the post.
As per your concern, I would suggest you to please update the Power Manager software and Wireless LAN driver of your system from the below mentioned web link.
After this, please restart the system and check if the issue resolved.

I've the same problem on a U310 and Windows 8. Frequently WiFi won't connect until I manually disable/enable WiFi, then quickly reconnects. Intel Wireless-N 2200 driver is current at 22.214.171.124. It's not too annoying (yet).
