Re: Windows Anytime Upgrade on S10-2

I'm trying to upgrade my S10-2 from Starter to Home Premium, but everytime I enter my billing information and submit it, the upgrade advisor tells me that my billing information cannot be used, no matter which credit card I try to pay with.  There's no phone number given to call and I can't upgrade using a disc because this computer doesn't have a disc drive.  I'm hoping somebody else ran into this problem and was able to solve it.
