idealpad s410p touchpad(az a conventioal mouse stop working

hey,i have ideapad s410p and for a while my touchpad(mousepad)and it's buttens doesn't work,and it's functionkey doesn't work too(another function keys work ) i download Synaptics driver from lenovo and reinstall it but still doesn't work. I searched  internet but I didn't find solution!(i have win8.1) help me plz!

Welcome to Lenovo forums

 

Please try the below driver but make sure to uninstall the one already installed from the device manager so you will need t use an external mouse

hi there. thank you for your instruction but I've done it before,and your
link is for ideapad s410! my notebook model is ideapad s410p
and Is it fine if I download it??? because I download it's driver but for
win 8,i have win8.1 but Lenovo release synaptics driver for my notebook
model just for win8 ???

hi, your second advice didn't work too. I don't know what to do!!!!I
can't use my laptop without external mouse!!!!
without it using my laptop is impossible !!!!!  help me!!!
I'm not sure when exactly this happened but I guess it was after I used
gauge reset in energy manager!!!

for more details I should say that when I check my device manager show synaptic driver intalled properly and works good but it does'nt work at all (you can see in pic1,pic2 up )., when I pluge out external mouse the cursors disapear too,function keys work proberly exept muse pad one(f6)!!!

and in control panel/ mouse when I click, this message in pic3  below  shows!!!pic3.png
