Hmm i wonder IF this can be the Fan !?
i noticed now thet the fan vas not runing !
At startup of the computer it runs for a fiew secounds then it stops and is turned of untill i turn my computer off !
So how can i solve this ?
How can i set then fan to always run ?

It does sound like it is overheating, are the air vents clear and the fan free to turn? Has it taken a knock that might have moved the heatsink off the processor?

well yes i thingk also it is owerheting.
well when i start the pc the fan starts and works but after a short time it spins down and stop
so the fan works but it seems not work while runnig
fan stops after the Lenovo logo and boot manager appers.

The s10e has various temp. sensors, why not check them out during your usage.
Your fans not running is a definate problem though, you are certainly overheating eventually if they're not running at all.

Yes i did try to get the temp info from lm-sensors but did not get any cpu temp info or fan info.
I can tell that the Fan dont work at all running Linux !
Fan only works with Windows ! Why i dont know
I tryd my Ubuntu 9.10 - 10.04 without Sacsess, fan still off
Booted up Windows Xp Pro from a Usb stick and the fan started from then boot of windows install untill i self shoutdown the computer !
So linux dont have any drivers to control the Lenovo S10e fan ?

Actually, it was my impression that the system BIOS controlled the fan. No software drivers necessary.
I just ran a live Linux CD and my fan ran the whole time. You running BIOS 96 for the s10e? If not, I'd upgrade and see what happens or maybe even reflash it if you already do.
