I've just installed Windows 8.1, and all drivers needed, but I can't see any wireless networks (it says Off under Wi-Fi tab, and there's no way turning it on). I tried enabling/disabling device, reinstalling drivers, and F7 key but it only turns Airplane mode on/off.

The following workaround addressed a community member's issue as stated above.

  1. Uninstall the current Lenovo Energy Management under Control Panel >> Uninstall a Program.
  2. Restart the computer
  3. Now Install this version (older version)

     Lenovo Energy Management

  4. Click on Continue or ok if it ask about compatibility Issues.
  5. After Installation, hit FN +F7 and now you will have this window showed below:

Make sure the Wireless Network Card current status is set to On like above. If it is not, click on it  to turn on WiFi.

You should be able to get connectivity now if it is just driver issue which just fixed.

When the WiFi is enabled it is up to you if you want to update Lenovo Energy Management to latest version.

Just uninstall the Lenovo Energy Management and download the latest version from Lenovo support site.
