Hi ,

Are you getting any error message?

 

You can try these steps first:

  • Make sure Windows is activated on your device—Windows must be activated to switch modes. Check if my device is activated
  • Once you're sure that Windows is activated, you'll need to update Microsoft Store. Select the Start  button, and then select Microsoft Store
  • Select the Profile  menu or More , and then select Downloads and updates
  • Choose the Microsoft Store update and select Download now
  • After updates are installed, try switching again by selecting the Start  button > Settings  > Update & security  > Activation > Go to Store
