in my XClarity Administrator there are three old alerts showing, one of these is a warning. The warning is already resolved. See screenhost.
This results in showing a global warning symbol in the menu bar next to the label "Status" in the upper right corner.
I can see no option to clear the alert list or to resolve the warning manually, as it is usual in other monitoring tools.
Does anybody know how to reset my global status to green ?

PS: edited question because the warning is not in the event list, but in the alert list

Select the first checkbox to select all event logs, and then select Clear Event Logs from the All Actions drop-down menu.
A pop-up window will be displayed asking if you want to delete the selected event logs, click OK to continue.

Hi and thank you for the fast answer
As you can see, my menu is missing the "Clear Event Log" option. Also, the screenshot is slightly different (for example, I do not have the tabs "Event Log" and "Audit Log")
I have Version 2.1.0 (Build 204) of XClarity Administrator.
Could it be this option was introduced in a never version ?

The page you posted is alert page, there is no clear or delete options available in this page.
Alerts are hardware or management conditions that require investigation and user action. Typically, receiving an alert and a corresponding event is stored in the event log. But sometimes it's possible to have an alert without a corresponding event in the event log.
If you want to view the event log or audit log, click Monitoring from the LXCA menu bar and select Event Logs.

thanks to your advice i was now able to clear the event log.
But the main problem resists: there is a warning alert in the alert list and i can find no way to resolve or delete this alert.
As you can see in the screenshot, the alert is unneccessary, because the connection to the missing XClarity Controller was already restored.

Alerts cannot be deleted since it uses to give the health status of devices saying that something has happened and until it fixed.
This is working as design.
Alerts can be excluded if you don't want to see them showing up on the UI.

although your answers cleared the situation (thank you !), the issue is not resolved for me.
According to your answers, this is a bug. Because the alert (that shows an unhealthy situation) was fixed !
Here again the screenshot:
As you can see, on May 17 at 2:14, the connection to the device was lost. On the same day, at 2:41, the connection was restored.
I can also manage the device without problems, and on the dashboard everything is green.
That means, there is no "unhealthy" situation, and so the alarm should disappear by itself.

For now, I recommend clicking the hide informational alerts or setting those alerts to excluded alerts if you don't want to see those alerts.
Consulted our development team, they will discuss the possibility to eliminate those alerts in a future release.
