Call Home temporarily disabled for certain devices
This issue concerns XClarity Administrator 2.3.0 and XClarity Adminstrator 2.4.0
For the moment the Call Home functionality for devices which aren't ThinkAgile will fail due to an internal problem with the connection to IBM since these tickets are created through IBM.
Software Call Home still works, as well as Call Home for ThinkAgile systems.
We are currently working on a solution for this issue so that Call Home will work for all types of systems which are supported.

There are some internal issues with the connection to IBM when creating tickets which are currently being investigated to try and resolve the sitation so that Call Home can work properly.

The issue described in the above post has been resolved. Call Home tickets are no longer disabled and should work as expected.
