Logged out of Xclarity

We have an Xclarity appliance installed, version 2.0.0 425. It's connected with our AD and there is 2 local users on it. Today when i wanted to login, i suddenly couldn't, none of our users could, nighter AD og Local.


We've tried following the "Password for a local recovery or supervisor user is forgotten" Guide, but we could not get the fix to work. So as of this moment we're logged out of our own system and we don't know how too get back in.

Have any of you tried anything familiar or know of a way to reset a password without beeing logged in.?

Did you perhaps change the password of the account used to set up the LDAP connection?  If not, try that account.  If you tried the option for booting to an ISO to change password ( http://sysmgt.lenovofiles.com/help/index.jsp?topic=%2Fcom.lenovo.lxca.doc%2Fsym_security_resetsupervisorpw.html&cp=1_21_13_0 ), and that didn't work, that is very strange.  I would contact Support if you have a Support Contract.
