Can you access the XCC web interface via the user specified XCC IP or the default XCC IP 192.168.70.125?
If the XCC web interface can be accessed, please backup the software license and follow the instructions as the link to BMC.
Resetting the BMC to Factory Default
The information in this topic describes how to reset the BMC to the factory default settings.
Select Backup and Restore under BMC Configuration. Located below Restore BMC from Configuration File is the Reset BMC to factory default section.
Only users with Supervisor user authority level can perform this action.
The Ethernet connection is temporarily disconnected. You must log in the XClarity Controller web interface again after the reset operation is completed.
Once you click Start to Reset BMC to Factory Defaults, all previous configuration changes will be lost. If you wish to enable LDAP when restoring the BMC configuration, you will need to first import a trusted security certificate before doing so.
After the process is completed, the XClarity Controller will be restarted. If this is a local server, your TCP/IP connection will be lost and you may need to reconfigure the network interface to restore connectivity.

Thanks for the quick reply, BMC itself not reachable currently. Neither defined nor the default XCC ip is reachable at the moment.
This could be firmware currupt but the node is in cluster so we can’t upgrade firmware on this node alone. I’m thinking to reflash the current version of firmware

Reflashing the current firmware version is also an option to reset the XCC.
If reflashing firmware again cannot resovle the not avaliable status in the console, here is another option to use the 4th switch of SW6 for forcing XCC reset.
Please see the page 25-26 in the SR530 maintenance manual, and read the important note listed below the Table 7 before you move the switches or jumpers.

There is another option for BMC firmware update. Please refer the Lenovo XClarity Essentials BoMC User Guide to get detail information.
You can create bootable media containing a specific firmware update, such as BIOS or Baseboard Management Controller (BMC). Complete the following procedure to create bootable media for a specific firmware update:
