XClarity Mobile - filters/settings are removed when XClarity Administrator is restarted

When using the Lenovo XClarity Mobile app v1.3.0, if you attempt to configure mobile push notifications within an Lenovo XClarity Administrator v1.2.0 instance, problems might occur if custom filters are set or if the default settings are changed.  The custom filters and settings are removed when Lenovo XClarity Administrator is restarted.  The attached fix solves this issue, so that the custom filters and settings are not removed after Lenovo XClarity Administrator v1.2.0 restarts.
