We have recently purchase an SR650 on which we have installed a Centos 7.3 using a monitor.
Actually we would like to use XCC to do a remote control of this server but we don't know how to proceed.
At this time, I have checked the standard BMC configuration on Xclarity Manager before to launch Centos and then, plug an RJ45 between the XCC port of the SR650 and an external laptop.
on my external laptop, I have launched a Chrome page at the "IP/#/login" where IP is 192.168.70.125
but nothing happened : "This site can't be reached" and I'm not able to ping the server from my laptop.
Could you explain me where I'm wrong?
Thank you in advance,

did you set your laptop adapter to same subnet as the controller?
You should be able to ping it first.
or you can reboot your server and change the IP in UEFI.
google can help you how

Thanks for you response!
It was due to my $http_proxy in my bashrc file
And also to the BMC configuration, the auto-negociation was active and so, the data transfer speed was to slow. Several packets was loss (87%) in the ping and that is why I wasn't able to connect to the XCC page!
It's works now! Thanks for your help!
