We have a small issue with remote control.
When logging on to xClarity Administrator with domain\username and then starting remote control, we get an authentication error.
However, if we logon with firstname.lastname@example.org the remote control works.
Is this a known error, or something that requires a fix?

Without more info, I would suggest you take a look at the IMM2 firmware (assuming you are trying to remotely control a Lenovo Server with an IMM2) and make sure it is at the latest firmware, We saw something like this before, but I am hearing it was an IMM firmware issue that was resolved.
If that doesn't resolve the issue, I would suggest conatcting Support.
