Hi, 

Today I recently went to Starbucks to eat and I had my backpack with me. While I was taking my headphones out my backpack, my backpack fell into the ground. I wasn’t too stressed about it until a few hours later, and I opened my laptop only to see that I have a dent in my computer. And when I turn my computer on there is like a green and black streak across the top leading to where the dent is located. Is there any way to fix this?

Your laptop can be fixed, though it almost certainly needs a new LCD panel and perhaps the bezel that holds it as well. (We don't know if the impact caused any further damage.) Your best bet is to contact an authorized service center to have it evaluated and discuss your options. Depending on how old the system is and what the repair would cost, you might decide to get a new laptop, but it's worth having it looked at first, no?
