Ever since I got the laptop, there have been times where it just randomly freezes and I can't do anything. I have waited for it to restart itself; however, when it happens now, I just restart it manually by pressing down and holding the power button until it switches off and then pressing it again to switch on. 

When it switches back on, there is no message or notification indicating a crash or freeze, and it seems to return to normal. 

These freezes and crashes do not happen that often, but they are annoying considering it is a brand new laptop. It happened multiple times within a few weeks of purchasing it.

I thought the problem would fix itself; however, it hasn't, and my warranty is nearing its end, so I am considering getting it fixed.

The model I have is a YOGA 7 14ARB7. 

My memory is nearly full at 8.7GB/13.7GB - maybe this is the problem? Is there a way to reduce memory?

This is a common issue here and the common causes are almost full files, recent updates/changes, old BIOS version, out dated driver etc. 

Please do these steps: 

Free up spaces (big files and apps )
Disk Clean up 
Uninstall or update the driver for display in device manager
