I’m experiencing an issue with my Lenovo Yoga Duet 7. The touchscreen suddenly stopped working while I was using the device, and I have no idea what caused it. I didn't install any new software or perform any system changes before it stopped.

I took it to a technician to check if it could be fixed, but unfortunately, they were unable to resolve the issue.

Could you please advise me on what steps to take next? I really need the touchscreen functionality, and I would appreciate any support or guidance.

Sorry to read about the troubles that you're having with your laptop's touchscreen. What did the technician told you about their findings? Did they inform you that the problem might be hardware related? 

Let's start with removing all connected peripherals with your laptop then proceed on performing a power drain and here's how: https://pcsupport.lenovo.com/solutions/ht509520-how-to-perform-a-drainage-idea-laptops.

Also, please make sure that your system has the latest BIOS and driver updates via Lenovo Vantage app. Check as well if there are any pending Windows Updates that needs to be installed including the optional ones.
