I puchased a Lenovo Yoga 730 13IKB back in december of 2018. I had to send it in about 2 weeks later after having a screen flicker that rendered the laptop unusable. After recieving the laptop I then had to send the laptop in a second time to get the screen replaced again. Now, about 7 months after recieving the laptop back the second time from Lenovo, I am having yet another issue. This time, a handful of keys on the keyboard sporadically all stop working at the same time. Sometimes they work, sometimes they don't. I am becoming increasing frustrated with Lenovo and the quality of this laptop I bought from them. This laptop sits on my desk all day and yet it still finds a way to break. How many more times do I have to send this laptop in for them to realize that's it's faulty and needs to be refunded or replaced? PLEASE LENOVO, HELP ME HERE, I have liked many of your products in the past, but am very close to deciding never to invest in another piece of you're guys' technology again after sending it in for repair this 3rd time in under a year.
