Availability of Lenovo Yoga 2 13 keyboard in Croatia

Hello,

I am from Croatia and I purchased a Lenovo Yoga 2 13 Laptop in 2015. After few months of owning it, I spilled a drink and the keyboard broke. I immediately contancted the lenovo authorized support in Croatia and they told me they can order the required upper case part and replace it. The laptop was in their office for 4 months, during which they couldn't order the part. I canceled the service and then tried the next year, and they said it is not available.

I tried contacting them again, before few days, and after waiting for their response, they told me that the part is no longer available through the "Lenovo Service Canal".  Does that mean I have no chance of ever repairing my keyboard unless I take it off a used laptop?

The serial number of the laptop: *********,

required part:  90205188_S, ZIVY0 Upper Case BK W/KB-SLVN.

Thanks for using the Lenovo forums.

That is really weird, according to serviceshop, this part is in stock, it may be that it is through a different channel that they are ordering a part from.

You could potentially try to order from there, see if it actually lets you.

Thank you for your reply. I'm not the only person who has had problems with that service shop. It is really sad to see such great series of laptops are repaired by such a firm, and that they've been authorised to do so. I've put much effort and my time trying to contact them and try to do something about the situation, but to no avail.

 I've since contacted another shop, which is not authorised, and they found a new part for 50% of the price I've been offered at the authorised shop. Does lenovo have a complaint system?

In the UK, we would have to write a written/printed physical letter and send it to their office in Swindon, so I`m not exactly sure how it works on your end, you would have to get in touch with to find out the proper channel they are handling this through.
