BIOS Screen Shot

Any one have an issue with there BIOS? Mine currently does not show the serial number and machine type model (MTM)

Has your system ever been service and the mainboard replaced?  If so it is likely that the technician forgot to enter the MTM and s/n after doing so and you would need to go back to service to have them correct the omission.

I purchased the laptop in Hong Kong. Now I am based in the Philippines. Any possibility this can be fixed by a local Authorized Lenovo Service Center?

You could certainly ask, having the return document showing the serial number abvailable for them from the previous repair, an assumption because you never confirmed, would possibly help.  You will also need to present them with a proof of purchase showing the original serial number, otherwise trhey are not going to know what needs to be entered.

I don't have the repair documentation available. I only have the Proof of Purchase and copy of the Serial Number cut out from the box.
