After thorough diagnostics the software gave me a code for battery problems (W3JS847H324F-CAX99X). What shall you do next if you want to fix this problem? Should you send the code to some supporter or use it in another software, I actually don't know.

If the battery hardware scan failed and gave you an error then the battery has to be replaced. We suggest contacting our local support to get a battery replacement in accordance of the warranty.
If the laptop is out of warranty then you can purchase the battery from a local store in your region. You can get the battery part number in our Parts LookUp website.
