If you refer to the incident (2001923115 [210318-002974) I have created, unfortunately I am not getting any reply, since few days. Maybe, could you synchronize all these feedbacks from customers with your colleagues? I believe it is easier for you, being internal at Lenovo.

Have you all checked that there's no protective film on the camera lens of this device ? It's usually hard to see, but could be worth checking. 720p should definitely not be blurry, but 0.9mp is not a lot, if you compare it to a phone camera.

@Voithos of course I checked that. There is no protective film on the camera lens, it is just the camera that is really bad and blurry. Since the issue impacts multiple customers, the suggestion from Lenovo support (Incident: 210318-002974) of performing a system re-installation does not have much sense. 
Unfortunately, so far, we have not received a proper help for this issue.
