You can keep bumping it, but unfortunately it seems that either no one is willing to help, able to help, or even interested in this topic......
I have never encountered this kind of apathy in an 'expert' support forum before, but I gave up trying to elicit a response.
I find it astonishing that the latest BIOS update being in Chinese can generate pages of discourse, but a genuine fault like this passes everyone by.....

Do you still have a LENOVO D: drive where all the drivers are stored? I think this drive is needed for the backup to run. In the driver folder is a folder OneKey_Recovery where the software for OKR is located.

Not true, the repartition tool removes the D drive, and the FAQ on Lenovo's own website says that OKR will still function after the repartition tool is used.
