Yoga being new, there will be initial problems - together with Win8 issues.

This forum helped in: 1) Disk partition, 2) Touch screen needing to swipe twice, 3) Screen brightness flickers (on battery), 4) Touchpad issues.

Am a happy Yoga user now.

I went out on a limb and bought mine in the US yet I live in the UK but I haven't experienced anything other than the east to fix things and I have had mine since they were first released. As they still aren't available here in the UK it's not only amazing but I am the envy of anyone who sees it! I do love it, even if it is inanimate.

True and there is also a fix for the intermittent wireless issue that helped some.

I do!  Sure it had a few problems at first, but after getting all the updates and changing a few settings it is working like a dream.  I'm going to be upgrading the RAM to 8GB soon because I do some memory intensive work on it, but the 4GB of the Best Buy model is plenty for normal usage.  I'll probably want to install another SSD at some point too, but I'm going to wait until I really need it and hopefully prices will come down.

I really wish that Best Buy sold the Clementine color. It looks like direct from Lenovo is about the only way though.

No major issues:

Paint fine

Wifi fine

Fan noise fine

Upgraded ram and SSD with no issues.

I love my Yoga.

I got the i7, Clementine, 8gb, 256gb SSD.

Luckily, I haven't run into many of the issues people have been reporting.

The only ones are:

1.  Screen flickering - fixed when I read the post on this forum about diabling a setting somewhere I can't recall.

2.  The upper right portion of my keyboard doesn't seem to be seated completed.  When I tap 8, 9 or 0 you can tell the sound is different.

I didn't run the hot fix for the partition issue, nor have I had WiFi problems, or paint peeling.

The touch screen is better than I expected - in terms of responsiveness.  There are a few times where I've had to swipe twice to close an app, but that's it.   Oh, the last gripe i have is the selection in the Windows Store.  Not so great and not many highly reviewed apps.  But I suppose that will change in time.

The only thing I can't figure out how to solve with my Yoga13, is how to keep other peoples' hands off of it. ;)

It seems like I never get to use it much anymore.

Cheers.
