Cold response with service support for the issue with my Lenovo Ideapad yoga 13 Laptop.

I am using a Lenovo Ideapad yoga 13 ultra book laptop. The laptop costs around 1 lac INR. I had absolutely no issues with laptop.


It was working fine, till in the month of Feb 2015, the touch screen of the laptop got damaged accidently. 


I have followed up with at least a dozen Lenovo authorized service centers and all of them have put me down with saying we are not able to resolve the issue.


It’s now six months since I have been using the laptop with the cracked touch screen. I had directly interacted with Lenovo, but all in vain.


It is saddening to experience that in spite of buying a high end laptop, the service and support provided by Lenovo is far below acceptable.


Henceforth, I won’t be recommending any Dell products to anyone.
