Critical Kernel-Power errors Yoga 2 Pro

I get this at least once a day. It happens either while going or coming out of sleep. Any help/suggestion is greatly appreciated .

Any help is appreciated ... today not keeping Outlook running seems to have helped! Any ideas? Thanks as always.
