I have a Lenovo Yoga Pro 2 and ever since I got it, I've been getting a Critical_Process_Died BSOD and nothing I've tried will fix it. I used to just reinstall the OS every few months, and then the problem would come back, and I'd do it all over again. But now, reinstalling the OS has no effect and I keep getting the error, even on a clean OS install. SFC does not work. Safe Mode also crashes. Repairing the OS does nothing. This is definitely a hardare issue and I feel ripped off by Lenovo because this has been going on since day one and now this is out of warranty. Any ideas? Thanks Running Win 10 64 bit, but the issue also happens on Win 8.

Hi jay999 ,
Welcome to the Community Forums.
Running diagnostics and isolating the point of failure may be needed.
What I usually do is to remove the harddrive and separately test the integrity of it maybe slaving it on another computer.
Checking the machine if it would crash within the BIOS is also a good way of knowing how the motherboard and processor would do. Booting on a live rescue media can help then running separate test to isolate before removing ram and using one piece at a time on each slot. Cleaning fans and ventilation / reapplying thermal paste along the way to ensure about heating issue.
Herewith is the hardware manual as reference but if you need particular tools best that you have it checked with any local service center as needed but do try the harddrive test first.
