The Google Public DNS (Domain Name Service) is a free global DNS resolution service that you can use as an alternative to your current DNS provider. Every time you visit a website, your computer performs a DNS lookup via the Google servers.
To change your current DNS to the public DNS provide by Google navigate to Windows 10 Settings > Network & Internet > Wi-Fi > Related Settings> Change Adapter Options. Thereafter, select and right click on the wi-fi adapter displayed and select properties.
In the new window find and select on "TCP Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4)" and click on "Properties" and select "Use the following DNS server or address" where you enter the Prefer DNS Server as 184.108.40.206 and Alternative DNS server as 220.127.116.11.
