HDMI Compatibility for Yoga 2 Pro

2013-12-08, 0:05 AM

I ask that moderators not merge this post with others. I plan to update this thread and create a database of working microHDMI cables for the Yoga Pro 2.

Those of you who have purchased a microHDMI adaptor/cable to HDMI/VGA out, please post below if it works without modification. It would also be nice if you would also provide an Amazon link. Thanks in advance :).

I will be updating this main post with the capable cable to help current and future Yoga Buyers.

Great idea! Thanks! I am also interested in this as I am getting closer to my delivery date and will need an adapter soon.

I have updates the post with a few cables/adaptors I found in other posts. However, hopefully the community works together to make a nice little database.

I am in the UK, currently using one of these cables with my Y2P with no mods:

Maplin Value HDMI to Micro HDMI Cable 2m (£14.99)

I also had good luck with the Monoprice cable.

Those of you who are using these cables listed in this post, can you tell me if you are using the usb cable to supply power or is the adapter all that is needed.

Thanks,

Chandler
