Help Yoga 2 pro defective question

Hello .

 

 

Hope u can help me , and allso sorry for the  bad gramar. 

 

I bought a Lenovo yoga 2 i7 laptop from best buy, from a store in Mobile, Alabama. Sadly i could not checked it for errors until i arrived in Romania( where i live ) . I tried fixing it three times in the only authorizez Lenevo service here in Romania , but i got  a Service Negation stating that the laptop cannot be fixed and they said that the seller must refund or replace the product . I have all the papers and other documentation from the service .

 

The defect is the motherboard and the ssd . 

 

The problem is that im in Romania and the store is in the Us. Have you got any ideas in what can i do ?. The defective laptop is at the service ( they said the would give it back to lenovo )

Tnx for the reply, i'lll do that and see whats what. I also posted on bestbuy forum but its early for a response. Think i'll mail them but don't have a support mail only the general store one...

Phone support is not an option cuz the number is of the service where i repaired the laptop so nothing new . Any other way to contact them ?
