Horrible Lenovo Customer service

I bought a Lenovo computer from Best Buy on 2.22.2020. On 6.6.2020 the computer completely crashed and would not turn on. I reached out to Lenovo: here is the timeline. -6.7.2020 ticket created; promised a box to send my computer within 2 days. It did not come in 2 days. -6.11.2020 box received in the evening -6.12.2020 box sent to Lenovo -6.16.2020 machine in box received;. Promised for completion in 9 business days -Lenovo keeps saying that they are waiting for a part (a hard drive). One of the reps. said they "need to figure out what hard drive." -Lenovo customer service has told me on numerous occasions that I will receive a follow up email regarding actual steps and a timeline and I have not received any follow up. It has been past 9 business days. I need my computer. It's an emergency. I'm looking for a job during this pandemic.

That's actually pretty good for Lenovo. Far worse examples out there!
