I recently called Lenovo support to see how I can fix my less than a year old laptop screen. Based on the information provided the cost to fix the screen was between $400 and $800 dollars. How is it possible that the cost of the glass/screen is roughly half the price of the cost of a new one and on the high end about the same price? My laptop is in perfect condition otherwise.
Is there any other solution available to me?
I purchased this laptop and am displeased that there was not reasonable viable option. I was basically quoted parts off external sites. How can Lenovo not have viable solutions for their customers for their products?
