I ran diagnostics looking for the reason it wouldn't connect to WiFi. Diagnostics suggested doing a reset which I did, selecting the option to keep my files. Now it is dead - won't turn on.
Please what do I do?

You can also start by flushing out all static, remove battery and AC adaptor and hold down power button for about 15 seconds.
It would help reseating the hard drive & memory modules (remove and check the contacts and place it back in).
