Intel Sensor Driver - 10

My machines is : Yoga C940-14IIL Laptop (ideapad) - Type 81Q9

 

Lenovo driver update keeps indicating that Intel Sensor Driver - 10 version 3.1.0.4027 needs to be installed on the machine although this version is already installed.

 

I tried to reinstall it several times and reboot the machine but it keeps appearing in the recommended drivers list to be installed.

 

Can you please assist here.

With the identical hardware I have exactly the same permanent problem.

 

The installation with the "Lenovo System Update" or with "Lenovo Service Bridge" (as already described by @Sherif146) can be completed, but the driver will NOT be correctly installed: The message appears again after a reboot and another system scan.

 

 

Even a new installation of Windows 10 Pro (20H2, Build: 19042.630) did not solve the problem.

 

@Lenovo: Please correct the driver installation.

Same problem here, same device, same driver. Since forever.

Any help from Lenovo here? Or should we just discuss among ourselves on how to solve a driver problem that is a "recommended install" on the part of Lenovo itself? Installing via Vantage does not work, installing via "Lenovo system update" app does not work, installing via Lenovo support website does not work.

So, Lenovo, what should we do?

Same issue here on an X1 and Intel Integrated Sensor Solution version 3.1.0.3821.

It's been lasting for weeks.. maybe months..

Having the same issue as all of you on a ThinkPad X1 Yoga 4th Generation, 6 months of "non-successfull" upgrade of the Intel Integrated Sensor Solution Driver on Windows 10 Version 1709 or later.  The 3.1.0.3923 appears constantly as a critical update required to be made, yet every time I have "so-called made the upgrade" it comes back again in the both Lenovo softwar upgrade tools.


The pilot indicates it was installed 14-05-2019

 

Very frustrating.
