Someone can help me to identify this issue. What is it?
###Description of the issue:
* Eventually pop up white horizontal lines. Especially when you stretching the screen.
* Sometimes screen stay freeze when the horizontal lines show up, as in the video.
Thanks for reading.
* I saw the lines in the BIOS setup.
* I tried a preview of a linux OS, I saw the lines too. The two things above indicate that isn't a software problem.

Usually, this sort of error is a bad panel.

It could be a bad panel as Rich suggested, or it could be a loose or bad cable/connection between the system board and the panel.
Do the lines change or disappear if you move the laptop screen open/closed?
If the system is still under warranty, I would contact Lenovo Warranty Support in your region.

When you start to see the lines then yes if you open/close the laptop screen the lines usually disappear. But if you don't see the lines and you open/close the laptop screen you don't see any lines.
What do you mean with bad panel? It's that the screen is bad, right?

It could be just a loose connection on the ribbon cable the goes from the base of the laptop to the screen of the laptop though the hinge, and if so the connections status may vary by screen position or even heat (expansion), which may explain why sometimes it appears and not others. Because it appears while in the BIOS and Linux, that rules out Windows drivers etc., so my guess would be a bad connection.
If the problem is intermittent, it probably is not the screen itself but either way if it under warranty you should open a support case.
