I have tried configuring Lenovo settings, checked to see if keyboard backlight can be turned on under BIOS or Safe Mode and it can't. Also, I have also performed a power drain but still unable to get it to work. I have contacted Lenovo directly but still waiting for their reply. Hoping to get some advice here.

Welcome to the Community Forums.
I would suggest giving them a direct call through technical support and inform them the steps you have already tried. I believe you have isolated the issue with those steps so it may be probable that hardware intervention can be tried at this point.
