I had recently purchased the Lenovo yoga 510 14-AST. So it has a normal warranty along with ADP of 1 year. While travelling i hit my laptop somehwere by mistake and it was inside my bag and today i notice a small crack near the headphone jack on the lower case of the laptop. Will this be replaced if i have this ADP Warranty or can anyone please tell me what the solution is? Please check the attachment to have a better look.

Welcome to the Community Forums.
You should call in technical support to have your warranty confirmed with Accidental Damage Plan. Users that have purchased this added ADP from the base warranty should be able to cover parts and labor for accidental falls / cracks.
They would be able to provide you the details on how the service can be done.

Got in touch with the customer care but they said there's no guarntee that i can get the case replaced now as it looks minor and advised me to make use of ADP in case of some extensive damagae as it's one time use only. What do you think?

Depending on the type of ADP contract you have (single incident/ multiple incident), I would agree with the tech to reserve it for a more remarkable event like something like broken LCD/ hinges or damaged motherboards.
Notice the cost of those parts that are most likely more than half the price of the laptop itself.
