After a launch of updates including the BIOS update from Lenovo Vantage, my touch screen stopping working all of a sudden, as the screen does not react to the pen.
When going in tablet mode, the mouse cursor does not dissapear and the screen still does not work. I restarted the laptop a few times but the problem continues to persist.
When I went to touch screen & pen info, it said that "no pen or touch screen display is available for this display." It never said this before and I still have Windows Ink available.
This is the best laptop that I got for college until this happened, and I am hoping that Lenovo and/or Microsoft comes up with a fix quickly as possible.
I really need help with this becuase I just got this laptop and I don't wanna think that $1099 was a waste of money.
Any help is appreciated.
