Let me introduce myself. I was a subject matter expert for Microsoft among many other roles. I have had the misfortune of paying money to buy one of these laptops. It has to be the worst laptop I have ever bought, serviced, or worked on. The battery life, sound, and just everything is very poor. Not what was promised by the sales people.
My main issue is the flickering screen. IT IS A HARDWARE ISSUE !!!!! This company distributed this laptop, with this very horrible problem but refuse to acknowledge it is a problem with hardware. Over a year now and they will ask you to update drivers, do a restore. Anything apart from admit that the problem is with their laptop and they have had thousands returned. They do not want a recall.
Very disappointed with this company and I have a 6 hour journey to Bangkok for them to tell me the same things. I just want my money back. I am even considering going down the legal channels for them to admit the problem.
