I bought a Lenovo 730-15IWl preinstalled with Windows 10 Home edition and the onboard HDMI was working OK.
Then I formated and installed Windows 10 Pro version 1809 with updated drivers from Lenovo website and NVidia, and coincidence or not the onboard HDMI stopped working. I checked that I have the most updated drivers, updated the Windows 10 to version 1903, but without sucess.
I can connect to an external monitor using a USB-c Hub with HDMI, but not from the onboard port.
Does anyone experienced something similar? do you have any idea how can I test if the port is not broken?

Welcome to the Community Forums.
I was thinking of you uninstalling any graphic driver that did not came from the support site and reinstalling it directly from the support driver page.
It seems confusing for the scenario that you have USB C working and that previous Win10 Home was working on the same HDMI cable but technical support would be able to provide alternative option to perhaps restore original OS and drivers before running hardware testing on the HDMI port.
I hope this helps answer your query.
Update us how tings go.
