Lenovo C930 Dolby Atmos App Not working?

Hello all so this is my first post to the forum and was hoping y’all would be able to help I just got a Lenovo yoga c930 and have been using it for a couple of weeks.. and was wandering if anyone else is having issues with their Dolby atoms speaker system software 

When I attempt to open the Dolby atmos speaker system it says this software is not compatible with your device.. which the machine ships with... also when I open Dolby vision it freezes and doesn’t allow me to change any of the settings..

 

Im really not sure what the issue is.. I have tried updating my Realtek audio drivers and graphic drivers.. through Lenovo’s site and tried calling customer support to no avail( they tried to get me to upgrade my warranty and one even sent me a google link saying to see if I can find the software on google and redownload it ??‍♂️.. needless to say I have gotte. Nowhere and wanted to see if anyone else had any solutions before I reinstall a clean version of windows..

thanks for the help Maugha.. i actually had tried that.. and a couple other things.. i tried following another users reccomendation also of completly uninstall Raeltek driver under audio/gaming restarting computer and uninstalling again until it no longer showed realtek driver and then reinstalling the driver from lenovo's webisite and that didn't work either..

 

In the end I ended up dowloading the microsoft tool creation software and reinstalling a clean version of windows from a usb drive and after getting everything installed and running again.. it automicallly redowloaded the dolby audio control software and has worked great since then.. so i assume their was an issue with my windows(either it shipped with the issue or was an issue i created) either way glad i have it functioning now! thanks for the input though
