I've been using Lenovo Solution Center for Windows 10 (64-bit) version 3.6.002 since the first release of Windows 10 RTM 3 years ago.
None error has ever occurred during the hardware test.
You can also install the new Lenovo Vantage for Windows 10 (MS Store) application.
Note: My full tested and reliable Yoga 2 Pro - Setup Guide for Windows 10 (64-bit). You're getting errors probably running with old (or wrong) drivers.
