This is a first - just rebuilt a 3+ year old Yoga 50014ISK with a clean install of Windows 10 Pro, Windows 10 updates and come to install Lenovo Vantage. Except it won't install any updates which is unusual. I suspect it's because it can't find the product number as shown in the screenshot below.
I'm not too worried as this laptop is only been used for remote support at a client site and running some backup software. The Windows driver updates are going on fine.
But just wondered if why this has happened and whether it's possible to fix.
