Lenovo Vantage is stuck at 23% installing 11 updates on my ThinkPad L380 Yoga, as shown below:
The app hasn't crashed; the progress bar just isn't moving What should I do? Rebooting and/or killing the installation sound like bad ideas off the bat. Thoughts?

I don't have an answer for you but any chance there's something requiring user confirmation popped behind the Vantage window?
I've removed your image since it contains the laptop's serial number. If you'd like to repost it, please obscure the SN.

No other windows popped up in the fore or background. I wound up killing the Lenovo Vantage process, rebooting, and doing System Updates from it again. Worked just fine thereafter.
I think what happened is it installed updates that required a reboot, but the reboot prompt wasn't displayed.
