Lenovo Warranty / Service System Failure - Initiating Chargeback

I've tried to follow-up on my support case (ending *60002) with Lenovo for months. The support ticket was initiated 02-07-2020; it's still In Progress. Haven't heard from Lenovo in months. I've tried to contact Lenovo through the Email Support link on the Warranty site. I always get "Service is Busy", as seen below.

 

Just posting to let any Lenovo moderator know that I'm re-initiating a credit card chargeback for the laptop (a legal right for consumers in the UK, when products are purchased by credit card, and the product doesn't meet its requirements and the manufacturer / reseller fails its warranty duties). With no record of Lenovo contacting me for months, I will easily be getting the chargeback processed, and Lenovo will be out the cost of the laptop. Good luck Lenovo!
